USE

These panels have wide range of applications in major sector and most of the industries. The distribution panel facilitates main incomer of electric board & generator with bus coupler permitting all the outgoing feeders to run either on Electric Board Supply or Generator Supply and also interlock is provided to avoid any clash between Electric Board Supply & Generator Supply.

STANDARDS

PCC panel which is short for Power Motor Control Centre Panel; The name explains itself that it distributes the power through the panels which in turn distributed to various motor loads of the plant from a single source. Therefore, we design the PMCC Panels as per IS Standards and CPRI Approval.

RATING

PROTECTION

All the panels are manufactured between IP42 to IP55 standard rating of protection. All PMCC Panels made by laser cutting CRCA sheet and powder coating with the 9-Tank process.

Out Panels are manufactured in a perfectly compartmentalized structure design from MS sheet. Insulators of premium quality are used to ensure the safety of the bus bar. Also, our panels are tested of short circuit up to 70kA for 1 sec as per IS: 8623 (Part 1). Moreover, our panels are best quality that can withstand the temperature rise up to 70 degree for 415 V/4000 A as per IS: 8623 (Part 1)
