PROTECTION

All the panels are manufactured between IP42 to IP55 standard rating of protection. All PCC Panels made by laser cutting CRCA sheet and powder coating with the 9-Tank process.

Our Panels are manufactured in a perfectly compartmentalized structure design from MS sheet. Insulators of premium quality are used to ensure the safety of the bus bar. Also, our panels are tested of short circuit up to 70kA for 1 sec as per IS:8623 (Part 1). Moreover, our panels are best quality that can withstand the temperature rise up to 70 degree for 415 V/4000 A as per IS:8623 (Part 1)

APPLICATION

A distribution board is an important constituent of an electricity supply system. A DB enables distribution of electrical power supply into different circuits, while providing a circuit breaker or a protective fuse for each circuit in the same enclosure. In simple terms, the main distribution board is the point where the main supply cable enters and is then subsequently distributed to the breakers and from there to all the circuits, or switch boards
